The history
we’ve cherished.
The memories
we will make.
Be a part of preserving Woodlawn Cemetery so families and the community can rest, reflect, and remember.
In 1904, Henry M. Flagler created Woodlawn Cemetery on 17 acres of pineapple fields. His vision was a park-like space for the early pioneers of the Palm Beaches. Today, the cemetery needs critical upkeep to protect its longstanding legacy. The Friends of Woodlawn is committed to ensuring all enhancements honor those in their final resting place, while cultivating an authentic space for reflection and connection.
Important update: Thanks to all who attended our Community Feedback Meeting in April at the Mandel Public Library. If you missed the meeting, we encourage you to reach out to us, especially if you have a loved one buried at Woodlawn.
We want to hear from you, whether you want to share your feedback to the plan or meet for coffee to ask more questions.
